It's getting late now, beer goggles are on and slurring is 2nd nature.

Late on, the beer is still flowing....

I know Kitty, the boys here are easy on the eye ;)
we only employ pretty boys. The md is a woman afterall
Kitty, you've hit the nail on the head there- yes, yes, yes indeed!!
I particularly like the boy in the brown, he looks like the strong silent type, just up my street.
I don't suppose there are any job vacancies on his team are there??
The accounts ladies are very cute!!
I'd like to spend a bit of time looking over their figures...if you know what I mean! ;)
Hi Edwina, Hi Brian!
Edwina I have some bad news for you, the boy in brown is a good catch but unfortunately is taken. Doesn't the photo give that away? ;)
Brian what are your stats?
Oh I see, the boy in brown likes to be in brown in every sense of the word! What a shame, I could have taught him a thing or two. Why is it that the good ones are always gay?!
I'm 5 ft 9" tall and my vital statistics(from top to bottom) are as follows:
44"
36"
5.5"
30"
Remember, size doesn't matter.
der derrr der der der der der der der derrrrrr (blind date music)
Edwina meet Brian, Brian meet Edwina.
Come on people where are all the comments??
Usually blogs like this are great fun, but not many people seem to be writing on this one.
I'm lonely and bored and need a bit of entertainment.
Edwina,if you're still reading this blog, what do you think of Win4now marketing teams suggestion?
You've seem my stats., do you like the sound of them??
Hi Brian, Ive follow this blog with interest but dont normaly comment as I get shy! Your comments have made me giggle tho. Maybe u should ask win4now if you can join in their aerobics. Bye bye,
You get shy?!You shouldn't be shy, put all your inhibitions behind you when on the web, that's the beauty of these things, you can really express yourself and project your personality, but with the option of remainig anonymous like yourself.
Anyway, this talk of aerobics sounds good, I'd be very keen to join in, but only as a spectator hahaha!!Especially if the accounts ladies are doing it.
Hello, I was looking at the pictures from your social event and realised that I was at the Damhouse at the same time.
If my memory serves me right, a little later on in the evening a few people began frolicking in the lake. I thought that this was very reckless behaviour, not the kind of antics I would expect from mature, sensible adults, but I suppose maturity and sensibility go out of the window when you've 'had a few bevvies'. I myself don't drink, I'm a J2O man-sorry I seem to be digressing from the point of this blog entry. The reason for my input in this blog is to express my dissapproval at the behaviour of those few who entered the water on that night, as a part time lifeguard at my local pool I want to convey to everyone how dangerous it is to swim after consumption of food and/or alcohol. Swimming on a full stomach can cause fatigue and cramps and the alcohol slows responses and drastically reduces dexterity and motor control.Don't do it!
I don't know if any of your group were involved in the incident, but either way I hope this entry has been mildly educational with regard to the awareness of safe swimming.
No swimming in the lake from any win4now staff, you must be mistaken. It's Sheffield! it would be far too cold to have a swim.
Hahaha, yes it is too cold to swim in sheffield, unless of course your wearing the appropriate 'kit'.
I like to do alot of outdoor swimming myself, I always make sure I have my kit with me, I have a designated kit bag where I keep it so as not to lose any of my essential items. If any of your team are interested in taking up open water swimming here's a quick list of kit that they should purchase:
1)Swimming specific wetsuit (mines made by a company called Quintana Roo-very good wetsuit manufacturer. Other good brands are Orca, Foor and 2Xu)
2)Swimming cap- very important as approximately 30 per cent of the bodies heat is lost throught he head, but this is greatly increased when swimming in open water due to conduction effects of the surrounding cold water.
3)Goggles- to protect your eyes.
4)Towel- to dry yourself afterwards.
I also like to take a little snack for after a swim because I'm always a little peckish.
Make sure you never swim on open water alone, it is very dangerous even for the more experienced swimmer like myself, I always go with some chums.
I hope this message has inspired some of you to take up this fun sport. If any of you have any questions, don't hesitate to leave your queries on this blog.
SafetyMan over and out.
